The Wright Company has been building homes, neighborhoods and businesses over 50 years. Founded by Eden native, Homer E. Wright Jr. in 1954 and continuing today under the leadership of his son Kenan C. Wright, the Wright Company has a reputation for integrity, dependability, leadership and value. In 1990 Wright & Wray was created, with the addition of Tim Wray, to meet the residential and commercial customer requests for specialized building services including remodeling, additions and design build. Our company has contributed to the growth of the area with the development of numerous residential communities in addition to commercial land acquisitions and developments. Today, The Wright Company has a staff of eight professionals including four licensed contractors and five licensed real estate brokers. Members of the Wright team realize the need to stay abreast of building trends and techniques and customer service through our involvement in The Home Builders and Realtors Associations. Community involvement has always been a Wright Company tradition. Staff members take an active part in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, Board of Realtors, Morehead Hospital Trustees, Rockingham Community College, Rotary Club, Lions Club, Kiwanis, Boys and Girls Club Board, County Commissioner, Salvation Army and numerous church and school projects.
